the customer service was actually horrible

I first placed this order on the 22nd of Feb, then you canceled my order and said you’ll issue a refund then they’ll send out my order again, and that happened and I received my order within 5 days, but the refund wasn’t issued and I had to pay in cash to receive my order. I reached out a week ago regarding this issue asking you to fix it but you didn't, and I don't appreciate being ignored and scammed. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m very unhappy at the way you are treating me and scamming me! Please fix this!
