We offer a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to submit your return or exchange through our website.
Self-Service Returns & Exchanges
You can easily submit your refund or exchange directly through our website without contacting customer support.
All requests are reviewed and confirmed before processing.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- All tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you are entitled to a:
- Free exchange, or
- Full refund
In this case, shipping fees will be covered by us.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Shipping Fees
An additional shipping fee of 90 EGP applies to returns and exchanges (except for defective or incorrect items).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is up to 14 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
