Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days across Egypt. Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Cairo and Giza for orders placed before 12 PM, arriving between 5 PM and 11 PM. Fridays are excluded from same-day delivery.
Shipping rates are determined by destination: from 90 EGP in Cairo and Giza up to 150 EGP for Sinai and the New Valley. The full list is on the FAQs page.
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Submit your request through our self-service portal (E-stebdal) on the website; we review it within 24 hours and a courier collects the package. You can also return or exchange an online order at any Cloud flagship store.
